Packing the bags again - this time the road runs to Limerick.
The one thing you carry to the start line. Believe.
One for Henry - and everyone cheering him on in Limerick.
One for Jamie - and everyone in his corner on the way to Limerick.
One for George - keep believing, all the way to the finish.
Back again with the kit bags, the bin bags and the early starts.
Soaked, freezing, hands gone - everything is fine. The rap cut.
The remastered version. Nothing hurts, honest.
Mind the mud, mind the rig, mind yourself. A tribute to the brief.
Kit on, laces tight, no more waiting. It's time.
Head down in the tunnel, heart going, heat rising.
One rig, one wall, one win at a time.
Sometimes you fall. You get up and go again.
The crossing to Ireland - ferry rails, bags and nerves.
One day, one course, everything you trained for.
The anthem. One line, one truth - this is OCR.
Lock in. Toe the line. No fear, no flinching, no looking back.
Everything it takes. Every rep, every rope, every rig.
The flag on the chest. The team at your back. British warriors.
Bags packed, boots on, the journey has started.
Eyes on the start line. The road that leads to the worlds.
For the next generation in red, white and blue - already on the rise.
Night drives down the coast with the team, lights on the water.
Early mornings, cold hands, hot coffee, big dreams on the road to Irún.
The same early-morning ritual, sung for the road to Spain.
The loop the whole team lives by.
Boots laced, head up, the gun is about to go.
The question every athlete answers with the flag on their chest.
The nerves at the start line become the fuel down the course.
For the women of Team GBR Obstacle. Unshakeable.
Mud on the face, grin underneath, free as it gets.
Cheer loud. Show up loud. Never apologise for it.
The anthem for the FITIQ family heading into 26.
Two voices in your head at the start line - only one gets to drive.
Find the line, then push straight through it.
Burpees on standby - the BOS is in the building.
However you feel that morning - show up, and show up strong.
Three letters, one badge, one family on the course.
Every mark earned is a story worth telling.
Same athlete, new chapter - built back stronger than before.
For everyone carrying the kit, the snacks and the team on their back.
A statement of intent for every athlete in red, white and blue.
When the legs say stop - there's always more left in the tank.
One badge, one nation, one team on the start line.
No shortcuts, no soft days - we train hard so race day feels right.
No weather, no wobble, no excuses - get it done.
Late session glow - warm nights, quiet miles, big dreams.
That pre-race hum - heart loud, focus sharp, ready to go.
Different stories, same start line - strangers chasing the same dream.
Steady the lungs, settle the mind - breathe in, then go.
For the ones who won't quit - stubborn hearts, steady stride.
Late nights on the rig - chasing shadows, holding the line.
The anthem returns - louder, harder, no apologies.
